Gladys Jeanette Strickland

Obituary of Gladys Jeanette Strickland Albion/Greece: Gladys Jeanette Strickland age 90, died January 17, 2013 at Hamilton Manor Nursing Home in Greece. She was born October 7, 1922 in Columbus OH. A daughter of the late Carl & Dorothy (Thatcher) Buehler and had lived in this area over 65 years. She was a member and past Grand Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #800. Jeanette served in the US Navy during WWII and was an avid bowler.
She was predeceased by her husband, John. She is survived by her son, Michael of FL.; daughter, Margaret (Eric) Parsons of Greece; niece, Kathy Heidemann; great-niece, Samantha Townsend.
A celebration of Jeanette's life will be held in May. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lifetime Care, 3111 S. Winton Rd. Rochester NY 14623. Visitation
