Obituary of Gottman Harvey Phyllis (Perry) Gottman Harvey Of Middleport passed away peacefully in her sleep at Heritage Manor, Lockport, NY on July 16, 2012.
Phyllis was born in the Town of Hartland on September 22, 1931 daughter of the late Robert and Mildred (Buehring) Perry.
Phyllis was a 1949 graduate of Royalton Hartland High School. She worked at Fisher Price in Medina for several years until her retirement in l993. She was a previous member of the Middleport Princess Chapter #405 O.E.S. and the Middleport United Methodist Church.
Phyllis was a resident of Middleport for her entire life. She had a cheerful spirit and a heartly laugh. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping and her recent class reunions. Her perseverence was an inspiration to all.
She was predeceased by her husbands William Gottman and Anthony Harvey.
Loving Mother of Diane (Rick) Strusienski of Lockport, Linda (Kim) Snell of Medina and Charlene (Mark) Murdoch of Florida.
Step-mother of Dave (Joyce) Harvey, Paul (Sandy) Harvey, Karen (Tom) Todd and Kathy (Tom) Riexinger.
Also surviving are ten grandchildren Matthew (Katie) Strusienski, Amy Strusienski, Paul Strusienski, Joseph Snell, Robert (Meghan) Snell, Nathaniel Snell, Danielle (John) Swick, Jason Snell, Michelee (Michael Bochniarz )Murdoch and Andrea (Justin Phipps) Murdoch, several step grandchldren and great grandchildren and two brothers Charles (Marge) Perry of Middleport and Donald Perry of Gasport and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursdy from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Stanley Thurber officiating.
Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
Memorials to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
