Harold Jr. Furness

Obituary of Harold Jr. Furness A very loving husband and father, he was born in Albion on January 22, 1936, a son of Harold C. and Margaret Furness, Sr. He served in the United States Marine Corps between 1954 and 1956. Harold worked many jobs during his life; he was a former employee of Bignalls in Medina, a tree surgeon, an employee of Liptons in Albion, a painter for High Tower Construction Co. in North Carolina, and a business owner with James Herring of the Chatterbox Restaurant in Gaines. Harolds last job was as an employee of General Motors in Rochester, where he worked for 32 years, retiring in 1994. He enjoyed his retirement and free time working on his farm, riding horses and caring for his dogs. He loved bowling, fishing and playing euchre with many friends and family.
