Helen K. Egloff

Obituary of Helen K. Egloff (ALBION) Helen K. Egloff, age 80, died 11/24/2016 in The Villages of Orleans following a long illness. She was born 8/26/1936 in Butler, NY to Raymond and Mary (Mylan) Kress and had lived in this area since 1961. Helen attended the Albion Free Methodist Church where she participated in the Bible Study Group. As an artist, Helen enjoyed drawing and sketching. She also enjoyed crocheting and was an avid card player. She will be remembered as a very faith-oriented person. Mrs. Egloff was predeceased by her daughter: Teresa Kodiak,sister-in-law: Mary Driesel, Alexander Egloff and sister-in-law: Florence Egloff. She is survived by her husband Edward, her children: Rose Egloff of Rome, NY, Edward (Sarah) Egloff of Loveland, CO, John Egloff of Albion, Alex (Mary) Egloff of Barre, Mary Ann (Patrick) Lewis of TN, Benjamin Egloff of Albion, Margaret (Matt) Liebert of IL, grandchildren: Robert Egloff, Allison Vogan, Ashley Lewis, Seth Lewis, Keith Liebert, great-grandchildren: Karmen Vogan, Annmarie Vogan, Catrina Vogan, her brother: Joseph (Ellie) Kress, and her sister: Ruth Klaver. There are no prior calling hours. Helen’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish on Saturday May 13 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Fairfield cemetery in Spencerport. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY, 14411.
