Obituary of Helen M. Fink Helen M. Fink of Gasport, NY passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Fink was born in Little Valley, NY., October 17, 1937 daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Westfall) Erdmann and she grew up in Little Valley. She and her husband William H. Fink were married October 26, 1957 at St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville, NY. and he predeceased her in 2002. She and her husband owned and operated Fink's Flower Shop for over 45 years. She presently owned and operated Creek Edge Alpaca in Gasport. Mrs. Fink enjoyed her family and was a longtime member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolsottsville. Most recently she became a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ridgewood. Mother of Kenneth Fink of Kenmore, NY., Ellen S. (Brian) Makey of East Aurora, Elaine Barnett of Gasport, Esther J. (Frank) Nowak of Brockport and Timothy P. Fink of Manhattan. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and two brothers Robert ( Toni) Erdmann of Salamanca, and Larry ( Marge) Erdmann of Whitesville and a Special Friend Karl Albrecht. Friends may call Monday from 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport, NY. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 7147 Ridge Rd., Lockport, NY with the Rev. Kenneth Craig officiating. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
