Helen Nowak

Obituary of Helen Nowak (Holley) Helen J. Nowak age 83 died January 11, 2014 at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center following a short illness. She was born June 15, 1930 in Clarendon, a daughter of the late Daniel and Laura (Winsinger) Hinkley and had lived in this area most of her life. Helen had worked for Meals on Wheels in Albion as a coordinator for many years where she retired at the age of 77. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Earl Weatherbee, Clyde Hinkley, Aleck Hinkley, Harold "Copie" Hinkley; sisters Gladys Tice, Bea DeFilippo, Mildred Furman and Eridine Baker. She is survived by her son Michael (Gail) Nowak of FL; her granddaughter Heather and her great-granddaughter Sophia; brother Floyd (Julie) Weatherbee of GA as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours or a service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were handled by the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Holley. Visitation
