Obituary of Homer E. Babcock Sr. Homer was a member of the Albion Fire Department for over 60 years; he was also a member of the Hart Hose Co., the Albion Emergency Squad and WNYVFA and was one of the original dispatchers for the Village of Albion Fire Department. He retired from the Town of Albion Highway Department.
