Hope Jarvis

Obituary of Hope Jarvis (ALBION/CANANDAIGUA) Hope Jarvis, age 76 formerly of Albion, died 3/26/2015 in the Reed Coroners DDSO Facility following a long illness. She was born 6/11/1938 in Buffalo to Ronald and Violet(Allen)Jarvis and lived in this area all of her life. Hope enjoyed participating in many activities at the Brighter Days Day Care Center. In addition to crocheting and embroidery work, she travelled with the People and Places Group. She also enjoyed competing in the horseback riding events at the Equicenter in Mendon as well as in the Special Olympics. She is survived by many cousins that loved her and who will miss her very much. The family wishes to give special thanks to ALL her caregivers who she loved and enjoyed, especially those at the Reed Corners IRA. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Abion, SATURDAY APRIL 11th from 10-12 where Hope's Memorial Service will be held following visitation at 12 noon. Interment will be at a later date in Transit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Reed Corners IRA, 377 Rt. 247, Canandaigua, NY, 14424 or the Brighter Days Adult Program, 30 Fort Hill Drive, Canandaigua, NY, 14424. Visitation
