He was born November 8, 1953 in Corning NY, a son of Jack Leonard, Sr. and Irene (VanAlstine) Kellogg. Jack is survived by his wife Ronda, of 42 years; his siblings Helen (Jeff) Ripley, James (Theresa) Kellogg and Jane (Celo)Benson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
