Obituary of Jacob A. Summers Jacob A. Summers age 16, died suddenly June 20, 2010. Jake was born May 17, 1994 in Brockport. He was an honor student at Albion High School and was going to graduate in 2011. Jake enjoyed all sports especially playing football with his cousins and also had a collection of fitted hats that had to be a 71/2 or 73/4.
