Obituary of James E. Goodwin James E. “Jimbo” Goodwin age 60 died October 3, 2016 at the Orchard Manor Nursing home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 17, 1956 in Albion, a son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Goodwin) Davis and had lived in this area all of his life. Jim loved classic cars, gardening; especially flowers, and Rottweiler’s.
But most of all Jim loved spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Jim was predeceased by his nephew Sonny Fidanza. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Wendy; daughters Nikki Coville and Jamie Powell both of Albion; step-children Tammy Adkins, Peggy Young, T.J. Fleck all of Albion; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings Violet (Clayton Downs) Davis of Albion, Ionis (Wesley Dexter) Kovach of Medina, Steven (Diane) Davis of TX, Kenny (Jackie) Davis of Waterport, Laurie Neff of Albion; sister-in-law Cathy Baker of Pembroke; brother-in-law Will Horner of Batavia as well as several aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion on Wednesday October 5th 4-7 where his Funeral Service will follow at 7pm. Private burial will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester NY 14620.
