Javier Rosario

(NYC/Albion)  Javier Rosario age 60 passed away February 25, 2023 at Strong Memorial Hospital.  He was born October 23, 1962 in Bronx, NY a son of Julio Rosario and the late Heroina Luna and had lived in this area for 27 years.

Javier loved working at LeRoy Manor where he worked as a Peer Counselor.  He enjoyed playing sport live on his gaming system, playing bingo and saying “O’Lay” for B1, playing with his D.J. Equipment and making his mixed music and watching his Sci-Fi and comedy movies like the 3 Stooges and old Godzilla.  But most importantly, Javier loved hanging out and joking around with his family and friends.

In addition to his mom, he was predeceased by his aunt Isabelle Lopez; father-in-law Danny Weese.

He is survived by his wife of 26 plus years, Tammy Weese; his children Noemi Rosario, Harvey Jay (Daisy) Rosario, Marcos Lee (Ryan Cosgrove) Rosario, Natasha (Jason Ray Baez) Rosario, Dustin Dwight (Kaylee) Weese, Hanna Eve Heroina (James Schoeberlein) Weese, Gino Gene Gardner Weese; father Julio; siblings Barbara (Castro) Rosario, John (Amanda Weese) Rosario; brother-in-law Thomas Weese; sisters-in-law Janet Nickerson, Lorretta Saraceni; mother-in-law Evelyn Weese; close friends George Sanchez, George Marzan, Ed Perez, Lydia Hernandez; mother of his first born child, Noemi Melendez; grandchildren Kassandra (Sharina) Martinez-Rosario, Patrinity, Kassity, Tabitha Ramos, Nevaeh Jada Rosario, Harvey Wyatt Rosario, Rylee Rosario, Rosalee Rosario, Ethen Rosario, Zyan Jackson, Jaylynn Ruby Montero, Hiram Giovanni Dejesus, Jacob Luis Baez, Jaxon Luis Baez, Melanie Evelyn Weese, Meadow Mae Eve Schoeberlein; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes 21 West Ave. Albion, Monday March 6^th 4:00pm-7:00pm. 

His calling hours in NYC will be Thursday March 9th 2-7pm at Manhattan Funeral Service, 300 East 104 St., NY NY 10029.  Last goodbyes Friday 8:30-10 with burial following at St. Raymond’s New Cemetery, Bronx NY.
