Obituary of Jeanette Hannah Albion: Jeanette Hannah, age 61, went home to the Lord on December 26, 2016 at the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence following a brief illness. She was born September 30, 1955 in Albion, NY and would remain in the area her entire life. Jeanette enjoyed cooking, cleaning, baking and listening to R&B music. She loved watching Food Network and watching the show “Chopped”, often guessing the winning contestant from the start of the show. She had a tremendous love for her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Jeanette was predeceased by her mother; Lillie Mae Dunbar, father; Mose Gardner, siblings; Rosemary Gardner, Tommy Gardner, Raymond Hannah, and brother-in-law; Henry McNeil. Jeanette is survived by her significant other of 35 years, Jeffrey Oliver, children; Mark (Josalyn Preston) Brewer, Kenyetta Oliver, siblings; Charlie Mae McNeil, Freddy Gardner, Irene Gardner, Joyce Bedward, Brenda Taylor, grandchildren; Brandon, Trey, Troy, Myles, Chloe, Hannah, A’zena, great-grandson Xavier, and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. There are no prior calling hours. A Memorial service to celebrate Jeanette’s life will be held at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. on Friday, December 30th at 11:00am.
