Obituary of Jerry Moore Went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2017. Jerry was born on October 13, 1934, he was the son of the late Leon and Marjorie Mae Moore of New Salem, Lookout Mountain, GA. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was stationed at the Niagara Falls Airbase, this is where he met the love of his life Naomi J. (Preston) Moore. They were married on November 5, 1955. Naomi passed on March 21, 2015.
He was in many bands, his played the many instruments mostly the guitar. He played all over WNY and volunteered a lot of his time whenever needed with many organizations. He is survived by his children: Kathy (Bill) Yaeger of Lockport, Jerry Jr (the late Faith) Moore of Tampa, and Barbara (Gary) Bowers of Lockport, five grandchildren: Adam (Rachel Bowers of Albion, Jerry III, (Erin) Moore of Alabama, Alicia and Ashley Bowers, and Bethany Yaeger of Lockport, five great-grandchildren: Lyla and Kera Bowers, Maddison, Brayden, and Kameron Moore, his brother: Dale Moore, siblings-in-laws: Mabel Moore and Bethel Moore Hillard Walls of GA. Jerry was predecease by his parents, two children, and several siblings. The family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00p.m.-4:00p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Bates Wallace and Heath Funeral Home 38 State Street, Middleport NY 14105, to receive friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at The Community Fellowship Church 3144 Johnson Creek Rd. at 4:00 p.m., Middleport NY 14105. Burial will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Corwin Cemetery with Military Honors. If desired memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
