Obituary of Jewell Lee Pugh Albion-
Jewell L. Pugh (Coleman), 89, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in Rochester after a long illness. She was born in Newville, Alabama the daughter of Dan and Veola Coleman and has lived in this area for over 40 years. She worked for various people and business doing housecleaning and also did some farming work. Jewell loved to cook and in her spare time enjoyed fishing. She leaves behind children, Lillie Salters of Alabama, Aaron Pugh of Albion, Ruby Pugh of Rochester, Eudonice (Fred) Rahming of Florida, Annie Johnson of Rochester, Carrie Thompson of Brockport, James (Shirley) Crews of Albion; Countless Grandchildren; Great Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Judge Pugh Sr., 2 children, Earnestine Jackson, Judge Pugh Jr.; 9 brothers and sisters. There will be Visitation hours on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 11am-1pm at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 12 Ingersoll St., Albion. Burial in Mt. Albion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
