Joan C. Gilman

Obituary of Joan C. Gilman (KENDALL) Joan C. Gilman, age 38, died suddenly at her residence on 4/18/2018. She was born 10/5/1979 in Providence, RI to Arthur and Margaret(Dionne)Tetreault, Sr. and had lived in this area over 13 years. Joan was an avid reader, loved to go bowling and was someone that all the children in the family could come to if they needed a reliable confidant. She was truly devoted to her family, especially to her son. Mrs. Gilman was predeceased by her son: Richard “RJ” Gilman, Jr. She is survived by the father of her son, Richard Gilman, Sr., her siblings: Arthur Tetreault, Jr., Patricia Tetreault-Taylor, Donna Malo, Michael Tetreault, Sr., Theresa Herbert, Judith Stegall as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends SATURDAY 4/28/18 at the Albion 1st Baptist Church, (Park and Liberty Streets) from 2-4 p.m. where her Memorial Service will be held following visitation at 4 p.m. Interment will be held privately at a later date in Sandy Creek Cemetery.
