Joan C. Laemmerhirt

Obituary of Joan C. Laemmerhirt (ALBION) Joan C. Laemmerhirt, age 88, died April 2, 2021 in the Woodside Manor Nursing Home following a long illness. She was born July 7, 1932 in Medina, a daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie (Iorio) Sanfilippo. Joan sang in the choir for over 65 years at Holy Family Parish and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She was a former employee of GE in Brockport. Joan enjoyed bowling as well as golfing. She was predeceased by her husbands: Frederick Miller and Donald Laemmerhirt. She is survived by her sons: Fred (Betty Sue) Miller and Gary (Phyllis Vandenbosch) Miller, both of Albion, as well as 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. There will be no prior calling hours. Private service and interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Holy Family Parish, 106 S.
