John "Jack" Brocksopp

Obituary of John (Jack) Brocksopp Brockport: John Brocksopp age 81, passed away May 1, 2012 surrounded by a loving family at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. He was born March 14, 1931 in Angola NY, a son of the late Benjamin & Lola (Brown) Brocksopp. Jack attended school in Dunkirk NY and served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was employed at Great Lakes Color Printing in Dunkirk, Gannett Newspapers in Rochester as a Pressman and also a Chemical Operator at Diaz Chemical in Holley retiring in 1995. Jack enjoyed being a 4H leader and an "ABA coach for children with Autism. He also enjoyed playing Bridge, traveling, camping, singing, his garden and farm. But most of all Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and was very much loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
