John "Jack" Engle, age 85, died March 21, 2008 in Medina Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born in PA February 16, 1923 to James and Grace(Jewel)Engle and had lived in this area most of his life. Jack was a United States Army Veteran of WWII serving in Germany and also served during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Engle was a 30 year employee of Delco in Rochester, a former member of Albion Lodge #1006, a member of the Albion Lodge F&AM, the Albion First United Methodist Church, the Albion Lodge American Legion, and the VFW. Jack enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
