John J. McHugh Jr.

Obituary of John J. McHugh Jr. John J. McHugh Jr. age 87, died 5/25/2012 at Medina Memorial Hospital. He was born June 22, 1924 in Albany NY a son of the late John J. Sr. and Lucy (Farley) McHugh and had lived in Albion since 1995. John served in the US Army during WW II in North Africa and Italy and earned a Battlefield Commission to 2nd Lieutenant and was honorably discharged in 1945. He was a life member of the American Legion, Jewell Buckman Post of Holley and a member of the Holley Fire Dept. Glenwood Hose Co. John retired after 40 years of service from Duffy Motts. In his spare time John enjoyed Golfing with his close friends Warren Sargent and Eddie DeCarlo.
