Obituary of Joseph R. Zazzara (Holley)
Joseph R. Zazzara, age 77 of Million Dollar Highway, died 6/8/07 in Rochester General Hospital following a long illness. Joe was born May 3, 1930 in Holley to George and Rose(Salerno)Zazzara and was a lifetime resident of this area. Joe was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War, was a member of the Holley American Legion, and a member of St. Mary R.C. Church. Mr. Zazzara retired from Delco after of 30 years of service, had been President of his High School Class as well as being a star basketball player. Joe loved to golf and spend time outdoors snowmobiling, hunting and in particular mowing his lawn and tending to his garden.
