Obituary of Julie Echlin (Holley) Julie E. Echlin, age 38, peacefully went to Heaven on March 27th, 2015. She was born July 5, 1976 in Lockport, NY. Julie was a graduate of North Hardin High School in 1994 and earned a food service degree at a vocational school in 1995. She courageously fought cancer for over 31 years and was cared for by her father Kevin and brother Jason. Julie touched many lives in her short time here on Earth and was loved by everyone, especially her family. She is survived by her father; Kevin, brother; Jason, nephew; Tyler, many cousins and special friends. Services for Julie will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
