Obituary of Katherine A. Allen Shaver Katherine A. Shaver (Allen), age 71, of Gasport, entered into rest on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at her home. Born September 4, 1939 in Knowlesville, NY, she was the daughter of the late George and Laura (Tocker) Allen. Katherine graduated from Medina High School in 1956. She married Robert G. Shaver in Millville at the United Methodist Church, October 5, 1957. She enjoyed camping with her family and was an avid bingo player. Katherine loved her family dearly. She had worked at Harrison Radiator in Lockport retiring in 1990 after 30 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert. Dear mother of Scott (Sherry) Shaver of Gasport. Sister of Stanley (Donna) Allen of Albion and Kenneth (Barbara) Allen of Middleport and the late George Allen. Sister-in-law of Linda Allen of Medina. Dear grandmother of: Jeremy, Jessica and Jedidiah. Great grandmother of: Quintyn Scott. Several nieces and nephews also survive her. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
