Obituary of Lawrence Bob Higley A life member of the Carlton Fire Company. He owned and operated a family farm in Kent; Bob served for 14 years on the Carlton Town Board and for six of those years was the Town Supervisor. His two loves were hunting and fishing and he was a member of the Carlton Rod & Gun Club.
