Obituary of Leona Heinz Middleport: Leona Heinz, age 96, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2021. She was born September 16, 1924 in Medina to the late Percy and Katherine (Green) Chase. Leona was a very generous person who helped anyone that was in need. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Jerry on May 19, 1996, granddaughter, Debbie Heinz and daughter-in-law Tina Heinz. Leona is survived by her sons, Dennis and Kenneth. Interment will take place privately at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Shelby. Leona’s arrangements have been entrusted to Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home Middleport, NY.
