Obituary of Linda F. Rogers (MEDINA)
Linda F. Rogers, age 66 of North Avenue, died 8/22/2016 in Mercy Hospital. She was born 3/14/1950 in Knoxville, TN to Luther and Lorraine (Richter) Perkins and had lived in this area for over 6 years. Linda worked as an Registered Nurse at Medina Hospital where she was part of the Health Education Team. She was also a member of the Medina Hospital TWIG, was an active volunteer with the Food Pantry Ministry of Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God, enjoyed looming and took great pleasure in watching and ordering from the QVC Channel on TV. Mrs. Rogers was predeceased by her father Luther Perkins. She is survived by her children: John(Jill)Taylor of FL, Jennifer(Adam)Goodin of Medina, her sisters: Arlene(Ken)Long, Darlene(Perry)Mobley both of FL, her mother: Lorraine Perkins of FL, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and special friends. There will be no prior calling hours. Linda’s service and interment will held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God Food Pantry Ministry, 324 Catherine St., Medina, NY, 14103.
