Obituary of Lorraine T. Freeman (Albion) Lorraine T. Freeman age 76, died November 24, 2014 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born June 4, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY a daughter of the late Albert and Marie (Koestner) Steier and had lived in this area most of her life. Lorraine enjoyed square dancing, watching humming birds, ice cream and being outdoors in her flower garden. Her greatest love though, was spending time with her family, especially around the holidays. Lorraine was predeceased by her first husband Marvin Dawley Sr. and by her 2nd husband Lloyd Freeman; brothers Raymond and John Steier. She is survived by her children Marvin (Sandra) Dawley Jr. of Albion, Randy (Donna) Dawley of Scottsville, Todd (Barbara) Hoffmeister) Dawley of Albion, Teresa (Joseph Kenny) Dawley of Ridgeway; 8 grandchildren Dawn, Casey, Nicholas, Nicole, Sarah, Amanda, Matthew, Ryan; great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Zachary, Juliette; sisters, Eleanor Thompson of Albion, Barbara Ann (Richard) Hellmann of SC, Irene (Richard) Braley of Albion, Marie (Thomas) Rigg of NJ; sisters-in-law Shirley Steier of Spencerport, Gail Steier of Albion and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion Friday 2-4 & 6-8 where her Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:00am. Burial will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Camp Good Days and Special Times. Visitation
