Obituary of Louise L. Calkins Albion: Louise L. Calkins age 88, died February 20, 2014 at Lakeside Beikirch Care Center. She was born April 10, 1925 in Albion a daughter of the late Ralph and Bessie (Sledzik) Fletcher. Louise loved playing cards and shopping for her family, especially around Christmas.
She was predeceased by her husband, George H. Calkins in 1983. She is survived by her son, Gary (Carol) Calkins of Rodeo, CA., grandchildren, Randy (Chris), Adam (Angela), Caryn (Keith), Craig (Jennifer), Brian; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard (Barbara) Fletcher of Canaseraga; sister. Patricia Macadoo of Medina, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
There will be no prior calling hours. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Rolling Hills Memorial Park in CA. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Visitation
