Obituary of Louise S. Felso Louise Sidari Felso passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 6, 2017. She was born on March 23, 1933 in Albion, NY to the late Fortunato and Gladys (Spada) Sidari. Louise lived in this area her whole life. She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Albion for the early part of her education and then graduated from Albion High School with the Class of 1952. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church Lyndonville, NY and was a past member of the Rosary Altar Society. She was devoted to her Catholic faith and often made special rosaries to give to others. Louise worked at J.J. Newberry’s in Albion before becoming a homemaker when she married Alexander Felso Jr. at St. Joseph’s Church in Albion on February 9, 1963. Together they raised three daughters. She was a Girl Scout leader and spent many years creating delicious wedding cakes, Italian cookies and chocolate candies. She was the kindest, sweetest woman to everyone who entered her life. To her daughters, she was the strongest woman they knew, both in faith and humility, and they were blessed to call her mom. Her greatest title was Gigi-her family was her whole world and she loved every minute spent with them. Louise was predeceased by her brothers Leonard, Frank and Rocco Sidari and her sisters Jane Ciccoline and Eleanor Irwin. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Alexander, her children Mary Luckman, Diane (Martin) Stirk and Alice Wilson; her grandchildren Martin Jr. and Jason (Lauren) Stirk, Amanda, Kayla and Jimmy Luckman, and Sydney and Jacob Wilson; her great-grandchildren Madilynn and Daniel Fending and a great-granddaughter Stirk on the way; her sister Santa Calles and Sister-in-law Janie Sidari as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish in Albion on Thursday December 14th at 11:00am. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
