Obituary of Margaret M. Jaworski (Dunkirk/Albion)
Margaret M. Jaworski, age 90 of Dunkirk, formerly of Albion, died 6/13/2016 in Brooks Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Margaret was born 3/29/1926 in Albion, the daughter of Valentine and Wanda (Bloom) Marks. She was a graduate of Albion High School and the Eastman School of Music. She was also a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Fredonia and enjoyed singing and spending time with the Senior Citizens group. Her greatest joy was her family. Mrs. Jaworski was predeceased by her husband, John, brother and sister-in-law Leonard (Jeanette) Marks, and brother-in-law Chester Karls. She is survived by her 2 daughters: Linda (David) Plummer of Piffard, Susan (James) Maggio of Gowanda, 4 grandchildren: Christopher Maggio, Marcy (Jason) Boyd, Amy (Michael) Reynolds, David (Dee Dee) Plummer, 9 great grandchildren: Mikayla, Caleb and Joshua Reynolds, Jessica, Sydney, Aidan and Connor Boyd, Jordan and Nicholas Plummer, her sister: Jean Karls of Albion, her aunt: Martha Zummo of Albion, nephew: Bruce (Cindy) Karls, great nephew: Marc Karls, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins. She is also survived by special friends: Nancy and family, Ranay and many friends at the Chautauqua Home. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion, FRIDAY 7-9 p.m. Margaret’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held SATURDAY 9 a.m. in Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph’s Church, Albion. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery (Brown Street) will be held at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or a Charity of your choice.
