Margaret H. Sherman

Obituary of Margaret H. Sherman She graduated magna cum laude from Maryville College and then did graduate work at Syracuse University. She taught history, English and Latin in the Ft. Covington, Tully and Albion School Districts, from where she retired in 1975 after 25 years. She was a member of the NYS Retired Teachers, Stone Presbyterian Church of Watertown and had been an orgainist at the First Presbyterian Church of Albion; she had also taught at the Oak Point Aurora Youth Conference. A published author, she wrote Pastor to the Outports, the story of her father`s life. Her hobbies included music and her churchwork.
