Obituary of Marian A. Brauen Marian A. Brauen formerly of Wolcottsville passed away Friday, November 16, 2012 in Midland, Texas.
Mrs. Brauen was born in the Town of Royalton on February 5, 1923 daughter of the late Elmer and Rose (Koepsel) Weber.
She had lived in Wolcottsville most of her life, moving to Texas in July of 2011.
She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville and its Altar Guild and she was also a member of the Wolcottsville Fire Company Auxiliary.
She enjoyed her family and also she enjoyed making silk flowers.
She was predeceased by her husband Riichard A. Brauen in 1997 and by her siblings Helen Hoste, LaVerne "Shorty" Webber and Elton "Buddy" Weber.
She is survivied by two daughters Marsha L. Brauen of North Potomac, Maryland and Karen (Richard) Shephard of Midland, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Lutheran church, Wolcottsville with the Rev. Bruce Donley officiating.
Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
