Marie McNeil

Obituary of Marie McNeil Albion: Marie McNeil, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on January 24, 2019 at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born July 28, 1974 in Medina to Henry and Charlie Mae (Hannah) McNeil. Marie was a “craftaholic”, she loved spending time doing arts and crafts. She also enjoyed cooking and the color purple. Marie was never in a hurry. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and her love for her family and friends. Marie was predeceased by her father, Henry McNeil on June 4, 2010, her grandparents, Mose Gardner and Lillie Mae Hannah, as well as several aunts and uncles. Marie is survived by her adoring children, Shomari Howard and Charlie Phelps. Also surviving is her mother, Charlie Mae McNeil, siblings, Christopher McNeil, Kenneth (Stacy) McNeil, Penny Blake, Angela McNeil, aunts, Ruth Ann Scurry, Irene Gardner, Joyce Ann Bedward, Brenda Taylor, uncle, Freddie Gardner, and a host of cousins, friends and family. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Ave. Albion, NY 14411 on Saturday, February 2nd from 10:00-11:00am where her Memorial Service will be held immediately following at 11:00am.
