Obituary of Marjorie Pafk Rueckwald Marjorie Pafk Rueckwald formerly of Akron, NY passed away early Thursday morning, November 28, 2013 at the Medina Memorial Healthcare Center. Mrs. Rueckwald was born in Lyndonville, NY on August 2, 1920 daughter of the late Roy and Adah (Johnson) Jesson and she lived in Akron most of her life. She was employed as a teacher for the Akron Central Schools retiring after several years of service. She wintered in Florida for several years and has lived in Middleport since 2004. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville, NY and she had a deep Faith in God. Mrs. Rueckwald enjoyed her family and also flower garadening. She was predeceased by her first husband Kenneth Pafk in l983 and her second husband Martin Rueckwald in l997 and a son-in-law William Franz. She is survived by four daughters Beverly Franz of Utica, Marcia (Joseph) Rebrovich of Texas, Deborah (Thomas) Arlington of Middleport and Vicki Pafk of Texas, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are three stepchildren Joan (David) Mustard of Lancaster, Donna (Donald) Aldred of Fairport and Paul Rueckwald of New York City. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville, NY with the Rev. Bruce Donley officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
