Obituary of Mark Kozlowski Mark Kozlowski Passed away the morning of August 24, 2014 at the age of 53. He was beloved husband of his wife Pamela, loving father of his three children Michelle, Paul and Jacob and loving brother to his sister Donna Kubik and brother Joe Kozlowski. He was a lifetime sportsman who spent as much time as possible in the woods hunting, fishing, or just teaching his children how to hunt. He was a lifetime member of Springers Sportsman Club. He was always full of great humor and horrible jokes and never seemed to be able to stay away from the frame of any camera lense. He was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Eleanor (Mash) Kozlowski.
