Obituary of Marlene Sullivan Rochester- Marlene Heydorn Sullivan, 81, formerly of Spencerport, died peacefully
on Monday December 1st, 2014 at Saint John's Home in Rochester
following a prolonged illness. Marlene was born in Gary, Indiana to
the late Francis and Esther (Yakopec) Heydorn. She attended Purdue
University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, and met
her husband, the late Arnold "Arnie" Sullivan of Albion. After
marrying Marlene eventually relocated to Spencerport where she resided
for almost 42 years. Marlene enjoyed spending time with family,
cooking, and had travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and
the Middle East with Arnie. Marlene is survived by two children;
Scott (Cindy) Sullivan of Waterport NY, and Lee Sullivan of
Lyndonville NY, and one granddaughter Amanda Sullivan of Durham NC.
As per Marlene's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be at Mount Albion Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to St. John's Home, 150 Highland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.
