Obituary of Mary Conklin (KENDALL)
Mary Ann Conklin, age 64 of Marlette Drive, died 2/23/2014 peacefully at her home with her daughters by her side. She was born 2/24/1949 in Syracuse to William and Rose Collett and had lived in this area all of her life. Mary Ann attended and graduated from Canton High School and worked as a Caregiver for Lifetime Assistance. She loved shopping at Thrift Stores, and had an extensive collection of cats, angels, and hummingbird figurines. She was a very hard worker, loved her pets and had an unconditional love for her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Conklin was predeceased by her daughter: Tina Miguel, her son: Richard Conklin, Jr. and her sister: Liz. She is survived by her children: Kristi Rodriguez of Waterport, Shelli(Isauro)Rodriguez of Kendall, Colleen Conklin of Medina, Travis Gilmore of MI, Tomara Gilmore of Albion, 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren as well as her dogs Molly and Pooch. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion, SUNDAY 2-3 p.m. where Mary Ann's Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. following visitation. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation
