Obituary of Mary Lois Hickey Mary Lois Hickey went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2017. Daughter of the late Luella and Raymond Kelly. Beloved wife of William Hickey whom she married on October 31, 1959. Cherished mother of Mary Fitch (Craig), Ann Boci (Todd), and the late William Hickey, Jr. Grandmother of CJ and Eric Fitch, Emily and Ryan Boci, they were the apples of her eye. Also survived by her sisters-in-law, Ellen Hickey, Jean McFarland; her brother-in-law, Clifford Fearby; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Raymond Kelly, Jean Slattery, and Carol Fearby. Lois went to St. Mary's elementary school in Medina, and graduated from Medina High School in 1952. Lois enjoyed traveling especially to Las Vegas, Thousand Islands, Myrtle Beach, and New Orleans, and annual family vacations to the Finger Lakes. She was proud of her Irish heritage and loved to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The family will be present on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 3-5 PM at the Bates, Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport, NY 14105, where a prayer service will be held at 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations, may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute Elm & Carlton Streets, Buffalo, NY 14263 or a charity of one's choice.
