Obituary of Mary R. LeStorti HOLLEY: Mary LeStorti age 89, died May 21, 2013 at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Greece surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born March 10, 1924 in Erie PA. a daughter of the late Clino and Virginia Fratarcangeli. Mary had lived most of her life in Holley and was a member of St. Mary's Church, Ladies Auxiliary of the Holley Fire Dept. and Ladies Auxiliary of the Jewell Buckman Post 529 American Legion. She was a dedicated employee for over 30 years at the former Orleans County Nursing Home (The Villages of Orleans) until she was 77 years old, retiring in 2001. Mary enjoyed cooking for whoever came to her home for Wednesday night dinner or Saturday morning breakfast and was known as "Mama" to everyone.
She was predeceased by her husband, Michael LeStorti; grandson, Eddie LeStorti. She is survived by her children, Michael LeStorti of Holley, Lynda (Allan) Burrows of AZ., Maryann Smith of Holley, Denise Catlin of Holley; grandchildren, Joseph (Rachel) LeStorti, Brandon (Kelly) Smith, Todd (Karen) Smith, Sarah (Michael) Draklich; great-grandchildren, Colton and Isabella LeStorti, Brooklyn and Madeline Smith, Jake and Chase Draklich; brother, Alfonso Fratarcangeli of FL., several nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 W. Albion Rd. (Rt. 31) Holley, Thursday from 3:00-7:00. Mary's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Church in Holley, Friday at 9:30am. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
