Michael R. Beyer, age 65 , died 2/23/2017 in the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence following a brief illness. He was born 9/16/1951 in Buffalo to Lawrence and Gloria(Schwab)Beyer and had lived in this area over 6 years. As a retired Correctional Officer from the Wyoming County Correctional Facility, Mike enjoyed gardening, mowing the lawn, fishing, feeding the birds and loving his dogs, especially “Walter”. He is survived by his spouse of 13 years Devon, his son: David(Charlene)Beyer of FL, and his 3 grandchildren: Killian Dwyer, Blake Beyer, and Julianna Beyer. There will be no prior calling hours. Mike’s services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Dog Town USA/Best Friends Animal Shelter, 2005 South 1100 East Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
