Obituary of Milford A. Bibby Brockport: Milford A. Bibby, age 84, passed away on October 18, 2017 at Lakeside Beikirch Care Center. He was born February 4, 1933 in Brockport to the late Kenneth B. and Hazel (Corell) Bibby and had lived in this area all of his life. Milford was a graduate of the New York State School for the Blind in Batavia and was an Alumni member. He had worked for many years as a Film-Spooler for Dyna Color and 3M. He was a member of the Church of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary as well as the Newman Oratory, where he was a reader for masses. He enjoyed singing, listening to music of all kinds and was an avid New York Yankees fan. Milford was a devoted husband and father. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Kenneth M. Bibby, siblings, Bruce, Eleanor, Richard, brothers-in-law, Peter, Robert and Jim, as well as father and mother-in-law, Peter and Helen Monacelli. He is survived by his wife of 60 loving years, Theresa, his daughter, Luanne M. (Len) Rettig of Holley, daughter-in-law, Teri Bibby of Holley, sister, Arlene Hill of Kent sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Marion Monacelli, Jean Bibby,7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews as well as many dear friends. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31, Holley on Sunday from 1:00-4:00pm. Milford’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary 152 Main St., Brockport on Monday at 10:00am. Interment will be in Garland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Milford’s name may be made to Cure Childhood Cancer, 200 Westfall Rd. Rochester, NY 14620.
