Obituary of Myrtle A. Patterson Myrtle A. Patterson age 96 died March 4, 2017 at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born March 20, 1920 in Edwards, NY, a daughter of the late Daniel and Myrtle (Jenne) Barraford and had lived in this area for the past 20 years. She had graduated from Edwards High School, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Star Lake Presbyterian Church. Myrtle and her husband Wayne had raised their family in Star Lake, NY. She was predeceased by her husband Wayne who she was married to for 52 years; her son Winford and 8 brothers and sisters. Myrtle is survived by her children Ronald (Mary) Patterson of Hamlin, Darla (Mike) Trimm of Holley, Gail (Daniel) Rice of Star Lake, NY, Trudy (Raymond) Carrington of Lancaster, PA; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours. A Celebration of her life will be held at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Albion on Monday March 20th at 2pm. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Edwards NY at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Clifton-Fine Hospital, 1014 Oswegatchie Trail Rd., Star Lake NY 13690.
