Obituary of Nancy Wannenwetsch Nancy (Sager) Wannenwetsch, age 72 of Holley, died 06/06/14 peacefully at home after a short illness. Born 12/25/41 in Sayre PA. A daughter of the late Genevieve and Donald Sager. She lived most of her life in this area. Nancy was a graduate of St. Mary's X-Ray School in Rochester, N.Y.. She went on to work at the old Arnold Gregory Hospital in Albion, Lakeside Memorial in Brockport, and retired from Orthopedic Association of Rochester. She enjoyed her career and the many life long friends made along the way. Nancy was an avid reader and could always be found with a book in hand. After her 2 granddaughters were born, she devoted much of her time to them. They were the "light of her life" and the girls loved their "Momo" ! She is survived by her husband of fifty years Jack. Two children Kurt Wannenwetsch and Krista (Gary) Radford of Holley. Two granddaughters Emily and Olivia Radford, sister Cheryl (Walter) Durfor of Dunnville, KY, brother Thomas (Carol) Sager of Sayre, PA, several nieces, nephews, and cousins who all had a place in her heart. Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service Thursday June 12th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials made be made to Hospice of Orleans P.O. Box 489, Albion NY 14411 or the Holley Community Free Library 86 Public Square, Holley NY 14470. Services
