Obituary of Naomi J. Moore Naomi J. Moore of Middleport passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Medina Memorial Healthcare System. Mrs. Moore was born in Newfane, NY on September 14, 1936 daughter of the late Benjamin J. and Beatrice (Tinny) Preston and she has lived in Middleport since l962. She and her husband Jerry P. Moore Sr. were marreid November 5, 1955 and she was employed at Norton Laboratories in Lockport and Southland Frozen Foods and then Bucolo Cold Storage from where she retired. She enjoyed all of her family, taking care of her home and shopping. Wife of Jerry P. Moore Sr., Mother of Kathleen (Bill) Yaeger of Lockport, Jerry P. Moore Jr. of Tampa, Florida, Barbara (Gary) Bowers of Lockport and the late Jerry Bryan Moore and Sharon Lee Moore. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister of James B. Preston Sr. of Barker and the late Lois Preston, also predeceased by a daughter-in-law Faith Ames Moore. Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 Am at the Community Worship Center in Johnson Creek. Joseph Szalay will officiate and burial will be in Corwin Cemetery.
