Obituary of Patricia Lou Stover Stevenson Patricia Lou Stevenson (Stover), age 79, entered into rest on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at her daughter’s home. Born June 20, 1935 in Oil City, PA, Patricia is the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna Ruth (Albaugh) Stover. Patricia married William “Fred” Stevenson on January 23, 1965 by the Hartland Justice of the Peace. She had worked as a home health aide but her primary job was being a wife and mother. She enjoyed flowers, reading her Bible, baking, visiting the Amish, seeing the changing of the leaves and Jimmy Swaggart. Pat was a member of the Hartland Senior Citizens, Christian Women’s Club, and her Bible study the Sun Shine Club. She attended the Quaker Road United Methodist Church. Pat had lived in Barker for the past 3 years, previously of Gasport. Surviving are her children: Timothy (Linda Zwolenkiewicz) Carney of Wrights Corners, Daniel Stevenson of Medina, Susan (Carl) Carney-Blatter of Wesley Chapel, FL, Patricia (Ken) Lipiec of Barker and Tamara Lee (Walter Hiller) Stevenson of Burt. Grandmother of: Elizabeth Lipiec and Ryan Santarini. Sister of: Jean Dressler and the late Myrna Rhodes and Frances Cleveland. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Avenue, Newfane on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00 am with the Reverend Rick Heitzenrater officiating. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Niagara Hospice or the Niagara Nutrition Program.
