Patrick Roger LaForme

Patrick Roger LaForme of Barker, NY, passed away peacefully at home January 23, 2022, with his daughter and grandkids by his side after a long battle with cancer.

Born August 30, 1949 in New Credit, Ontario Canada to parents Melvin and Elsie LaFrome.  He was a very proud Native American and owned several Indian items.

Patrick married his soulmate Linda (Klein) LaForme on January 24, 1986 and they made their forever home in the Village of Barker, where they raised their children and grandchildren.  Sadly, they lost their son to kidney failure on January 28, 2004, a heart break they never fully recovered from. He then lost his wife suddenly of heart failure on August 22, 2011.

Survived by his daughter, Lynnette (Delfino) DeLacruz of Barker, NY: siblings, Merle, Doug, Angeline, Michael and Gerald LaForme all from Ontario, Canada.  His grandchildren, Brianna Foster, Delfino Jr., and Kendra DeLacruz all of Barker.  Predeceased by his wife Linda and son Duane; siblings, Mary, Marlin and Larry LaForme.

There will be no calling hours as Patrick wished.  The Family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
