Obituary of Paul Phillips Paul “Pea Picker” Phillips, age 80, of Gasport, entered into rest on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Millard Fillmore Suburban, surrounded by his loving family. Born March 24, 1937 in Ashford, NY, Paul is the son of Newton and Agnes (Felton) Phillips. He married Beverly Albarella on November 10, 1962 in Gardenville, NY. Paul was a US Navy Veteran serving from October 5, 1954 until October 11, 1962. He was an avid NASCAR enthusiast, enjoyed horses and gardening, especially his roses. Paul worked at Babcock Utilities in Gasport until 2016. Previously, he proudly drove tractor trailer for over 40 years. Surviving Paul is his loving wife: Beverly and children: twins: Lisa (Michael) Burke, and Lori (Jim) McGovern, and LeeMarie (Aaron) Cushman. Grandfather of: Alyssa, Taylor, James, Shane and Landon. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Brother of: Linda Phillips and the late John Draves. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport, on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 3 pm until 7 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 11 am. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Lockport. Flowers gratefully declined.
