She was born May 31, 1951 in Medina, a daughter of the late Sidney and Beverley (Riches) Turner Jr. She was predeceased by her brother Sidney Turner III. Peggy is survived by her sister Julie (Donald) Wilson of Albion and her brother Newell (Debra) Turner of VA as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
