Obituary of Phyllis Czerniawski Phyllis "Polly" A. Czerniawski (A'Key) (Anderson), 82, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Park Ridge Hospital. She was born in Mendon, NY the daughter of LaFayette and Hazel A'Key and has lived in this area most of her life. She worked as a waitress for many years at Crescent Beach Hotel and the Garland Hotel, and then drove school bus for Gates-Chili School District and lastly driving truck for Consolidated Freight in Rochester. Phyllis enjoyed gardening and was a past member of the Holley Garden Club. She is survived by 2 daughters, Kim (Jake) Zarpentine , Debbi (Jim) Mignano both of Holley; Grandchildren, Donna (Mike) Gouger of Hamlin, Lee (Natalie Farr) Zarpentine of Kendall, Andy Mignano of Holley; 4 Great Grandchildren, Michelle Frieda, Mason Gouger, Braxton Zarpentine, Lita Zarpentine; Great Great Grandson , Hunter Watson; beloved stepdaughter, Sonya Lochner of Penfield, Siblings, Jerry (Bev) A'Key of PA, Vickie Chrzan of RI, Patty Houhtelling of IN; many nieces, nephews and her devoted dog Daisy. She was predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. There will be no calling hours. Friends and family to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 12:00pm at Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 39 Geddes St. Holley.
