He was a member of Barre Center Presbyterian Church, the ATO Local 282 and the Hamburg Loyal Order of the Moose. Mr. Bastedo was a Bus Operator for Rochester Transit Service and had clocked over 3 Million Safe Driving Miles throughout his career. He was a man of few words but had a copious amount of knowledge. Dick also enjoyed boating and snowmobiles and was a member of the Sons of Stafford and Oatka Valley Snowmobile Clubs.
